Zotero Import isn't work and just idle

I install these Zotero import plugin, but after I add the url, omeka can recognize the name of the collection but the import process item is not detected. Stopped status show idle and never completed
for example I tried to access:
URL= https://api.zotero.org/users/1086832/collections/7EF45ME2/items/top?start=0&limit=25&format=atom&v=1
