Your IP has benn banned

We have installed Omeka for 3 years as a subdomain of our website and since 2 weeks, after a few minutes we have had the message “Your IP has been banned” which appears. Our host OVH tells us that it is not from him, has anyone ever had this problem?
do you have to change something on the configuration of Omeka ?

Omeka doesn’t produce a message like that to my knowledge, so it’s probably coming from somewhere else.
