Hi, New Omekan here. Is there a way to submit a truncated string with a wildcard character to generate a list of returns. example “sub*” for “submarine”, “submission”, “subordinate”, etc?

If you click the advanced button and use “boolean” mode for a search, then you can use * as a truncation operator.
Thank you! I think I saw that I can set “boolean” as the default search mode, too. I’m hoping that would make the feature available in the regular search bar as well.
Yes, if you set the default to boolean then the wildcard should work in the default search box.
