Username/Password to Access site does not work

I am having issues with my admin username/password not being accepted by Omeka. When I try and reset the password I am given the message “Unable to reset password. Please verify that the information is correct and contact an administrator if necessary.” The account I am using is the Admin account.

My immediate guess on the forgot password issue would be that you’re not putting in the same email address that you used for your Omeka user account.
