I was just wondering if I could upgrade directly from release 1.0.1 to 1.2.0 without problem or if I should upgrade first to releases in between (1.1.0 and 1.1.1)

You should be able to go directly there. As always, we recommend a backup just in case but you shouldn’t have any problems.
