Updating the list in Custom Vocab

Dear,

I have created a custom personal name vocabulary using the Custom Vocab module. Unfortunately, whenever a new value that is not included in the vocabulary appears, users have to contact me to update it. Therefore, I would like to ask if there is any way to automatically update the contents of the vocabulary when users enter metadata in the form? Can the Advanced Resource Template module be used for this purpose? I would appreciate any guidance on this matter.

That is not a feature that’s available for the Custom Vocab module. Opening custom vocabularies to additions during data entry is beyond its scope.
