Update from 3.2.0 to the newest version

Hi. I’m trying to update and backup Omeka S in Reclaim but got this error message. Please help. Thanks!

Backing-Up: Error: failed_install_database|Successfully detected the source install’s database information, but a database connection could not be established. This wizard will only succeed if the source install is working without error. Technical Error: mysql datab

This is a question best asked of Reclaim’s support, since it’s not actually about the Omeka S software but rather the infrastructure that it’s running on.
