When trying to add media (.jpg files, PDFs, YouTube links, etc.) to an item in Omeka S, I seem to always get an error message “Omeka S Has Encountered an Error.” What is the best way to resolve such an error?
The first thing to do would be to either display error messages or turn on error logging: https://omeka.org/s/docs/user-manual/errorLogging/ That will tell you what the problem is.
