HI, Just a quick question is it possible to import the translations we did for omeka classic into Omeka S to save some time? I note that for Omeka S all the strings are missing, I was wondering if there was no crossover at all?
Ive had a quick look but cant see a way to import or automagically ‘match’ existing translations.

I’m not aware of a way to import translations from one transifex resource to another. In any case, enough of the strings to translate are different to make that kind of mapping somewhat limited. There is still “Item” and “Submit”, but the vast majority of strings are different (“Item Set” instead of “Collection”, “Module” instead of “Plugin”, etc). So, it’s probably more efficient to start from scratch than to spend the time exploring whether an import mechanism exists.
