Is there anyway for the admin of an Omeka Classic site to determine who deleted an item? I have a site with multiple student users. One user has deleted an item added by another. I’ve been doing this for over a decade and I have never had a student delete the work of another before. I would like to figure out who did it? Is it possible? I have the unique id of the deleted item. Would the information about deletion exist anywhere?

@digitalhumanist You can setup triggers in database to catch the action done. Please let me know If any help needed.

Correct, you need to be done on database level.
Also do you want to see the deleted records as well ?
Yes seeing the deleted record would be great, since I’m dealing with student work
