I am fairly new to Omeka S but Inhave some knowledge in websites creation.
I have installed the imeline module and all the dependancies modules.
When I create a page with a Timeline block, I can see the list of my elements in the preview but when I load the page I receive a “Module failed to load Json Data from api/timeline/7” error.
My version of OMEKA S is 4.1.1
and the TIMELINE module version is 3.4.23
We’re running into this issue as well, and I’ve informed Daniel KM, the module’s creator, using an issue on GitLab. Still awaiting a response there. In the mean time, we have had success with using version 3.4.18, but be warned, before downgrading, you’ll have to delete all your timelines that currently exist. Omeka modules weren’t designed to be downgraded, and in this particular case, a schema change to the database with how timelines were stored happened in between these two versions. I’d definitely back up your database as well, prior to this operation. Doesn’t hurt to be safe.
