Searchable (clickable) tags in Omeka-S for a Noob

I am helping develop a site for teachers to access culturally responsive resources aligned to our state social studies standards. Our initial pile of 18 resources was easily imported into our new Omeka-S installation. The problem is, I want to tag these resources as things like: “Indigenous History” and “Womens History” and “Arab-American History” which - I used the subject field for.

If people pull up a resource and it has the “Womens History” tag and they want to see more, I’d love for them to be able to click on that tag in the record and have it bring more of those up.

I found a couple of forum posts and videos online that I didn’t compeltely understand. I’m 2 days old in my knowledge of Omeka-S and how it all functions. Thanks in advance to anyone who can explain how I might accomplish this in the simplest possible way.

I believe that the module you want is Metadata Browse. That will let you make the values for any property clickable in a way that returns all the resources that share that value for that property.
