Search in full text with universal viewer and Internet Archive IIIF manifest

Hello,
I want to use the search in text in universal viewer on omeka S like here :

I already saw this topic : Add search button to Universal Viewer?
but it didn’t help me much so I will try to ask here.

I use some IIIF manifest from other institutions like Internet Archive (exemple : https://iiif.archivelab.org/iiif/lefortificationi00lori/manifest.json) and I want to be able to search in text. I’m able to have my Viewer on the page with the IIIF and I can show the search bar with the CSS but it didn’t do anything when you try to search in. I already download IIIF Server, IIIF Search and Extract OCR but as my file are not PDF I don’t know how to work with them on my IIIF manifest. Thanks for yout help.
