Search for Items with/without Linked Resources

Hello all,

Is it in any way possible to do a search on the Omeka platform for items that have no linked resources to them? Or to at least filter by that.
I imagine there might be a way to do that with an API, but would be great if one could for example select a subset of items that only have linked resources to them.

I believe a similar question was asked here: https://forum.omeka.org/t/search-for-items-with-no-linked-resources/13673 and I am not sure if the latest version of the Advanced Search Module has that ability?
