Scripto - Saved transcription doesn't show formatting

In the Public interface when a transcription is saved, the transcription view does not show formatting like line breaks.
The documentation says: Any formatting will be applied to the HTML view of the text after changes are saved.

Is there a setting I need to look at to enable this display?

I can’t reproduce this. In the public Scripto interface, after saving changes that include markup, the HTML section correctly shows the formatting. Can you post a screenshot of a) the edit page (including markup) and b) the resulting page that shows the HTML? I’d like to see what’s going on.
