I’m working on a project that features short biographies of people. We used the lovely Black Mormons site as an example ( Harris, Bunk · Century of Black Mormons · J. Willard Marriott Library Exhibits). They seem to have created pages for each person with the “Item with Metadata” block on the left and the main biography in HTML.
I’m wondering if it is possible to recreate that same structure but instead keep the long biography as a metadata element of the person. That is, put the biography in the dc:description field of the item - but then (somehow?) pull out that one element and style it differently.
I’m not sure this is even a well-formed question but I wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something obvious!
