Hello everybody! We are checking out Omeka S, and we are finding problems to import files…
We have tried to import files from DSpace and from a CSV file, and we got the files´ data, but not the files themselves…
Please, could someone tell me what are we doing wrong?

As Daniel says, an error message from the logs will give better clues about the issue.
Since it happens with two different modules, my guess is that there’s something amiss with running the background job on the server.
