Plugins please help

Hello,

I recently installed Omeka 2.7 on a centos LAMP with PHP 7.1

Installation goes find but when I attempt to click on the green “install” button in the plugins directory it returns me to the front page and nothing happens.

I’ve uninstalled twice and verified my settings.

Can you do other things with this install? Like, for example, adding items?

I’m not familiar with any common issues that sound quite like what you’re describing.
