When I upload a PDF file of scanned material (correspondence, ephemera, etc), I encounter the following issue.
The filename reverts to a random number of letter and numbers, as opposed to the original file name. See the example below.

Is there a way to change the filename? It’s rather unsightly to see the random name, as opposed to an identifier or formal filename.
