Today we’re releasing version 4.1.0 of Omeka S. You can get it from the download page as usual.
The headline features all center around flexibility for page builders and theme writers: there’s a new grid-based layout; options to set visual settings like background, padding, alignment and more on every block; the ability to group blocks together; and theme-provided templates the user can choose from to change the display of individual blocks or entire pages.
We’ve made several changes and improvements since the release candidate, mostly refining and expanding the new page authoring features, but also squashing some bugs and making other improvements.
