Omeka S module issues and log

I am having two issues, any help would be great!

issue 1 : recently upgraded Omeka S and when i try to select upgrade module it sends me to fails.

issue 2: here are my logs, how do i fix this?

What version of Omeka S are you using? What version of Mapping produces the error? What exactly happens when you upgrade the module? That error shouldn’t occur when upgrading. Could you post the entire stack trace?
