Omeka S error with Universal Viewer

When I try to get Omeka S to show page I get this error in Universal Viewer:
Unable to load manifest

In Mirador I get:
SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

I am running Firefox but it also does not work in Chrome.
In Chrome I get the same error as Firefox and in Chrome I get:
SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<’, "<!DOCTYPE "… is not valid JSON

I am running Universal Viewer version 3.6.7 and Mirador version 3.4.7.16.
Omeka S is up to date.

I am guessing this is a network permissions error but I am not sure.

Are you able to post the manifest URL that Omeka is looking for?

It should be fixed in last versions of module IiifServer.

I have been over the settings and forum multiple times and I still get errors that are preventing me from getting Omeka S working.
When I try to use update now I get a permissions error that I was not getting before I did an update or upgrade of the installed modules. If I use CSV import when I try to dispaly with either Universal Viewer or Mirador I get “Unable to load manifest” or " JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data".
The modules that I have loaded are
CSV Import version 2.5.0
Easy Admin version 3.4.15
Generic module version 3.4.45
IIIF Server version 3.6.15
Image Server version 3.6.15
Local Media Ingester version 0.3.0
Log version 3.4.19
Mirador Viewer version 3.4.7.16
OAI-PMH Harvester version 3.4.0.12
Universal Viewer version 3.6.8
All are updated or upgraded .

I do not have access to the server but can change settings in the modules.
Is there a settings default for me to use so I can make sure that I have not made some change on my side?
I really want o get this project moving for our Special Collections Library but I keep running across vague error messages that I cannot seem to figure out what to change or where to look.
