We are a mid-sized public library. I’m not comfortable upgrading from 2.7 to the current version. I’ve done it before, but some things seem unclear this time.
The job can be done remotely. We are on DreamHost. There is about 50GB in our current installation. We need a PHP upgrade, as well.
We’re not looking to have someone guide us through. We just want it done. The sooner the better. Thanks!

I think this will answer quite a few questions.
We have not customized anything and do not need that quite yet. Our PHP version is 7.4 amd we would like that upgraded as well.
