Omeka account problem

My professor added me as a new user on omeka and so the website send me an authentification email. However, somehow i did not receive it, I checked every single folder on my email and did not see it. My teacher also send the authentification a couple of times. I told my professor and she creates a new password for me as well as username, but it did not work when logging in. Please help me, thank you !

Your professor may need to make sure that your account is active, which she can manually do in the user settings (same place that she sets your username and password). If you are not active you will not be able to log in. See the first screenshot in this section - at the bottom is the ‘active’ checkbox.
