I would like to know if there is any roadmap for an Oauth implementation ?
I saw this Proposal PR : #872 Does that mean that once this PR will be merged Oauth will be available?

The issue you pointed to is for Omeka S, not Omeka Classic. The OAuth module referenced in the linked issue there was being developed by an independent team; i’m not sure of its status.
The Omeka team has no current plans to implement OAuth for either Classic or S.
