No response from DigitalScholar.org

I understand that this might not be the place to post, however, I am not sure how else to move forward. I have an Omeka.net subscription that was paid in full on June 16, 2021 at which time they took $75.00 out of my account. The account is still marked “inactive” and I have submitted three tickets and left a voicemail but have not had success getting a phone call returned. Can anyone offer any advice? Thank you in advance.
