Next Module navigation issue, always linked to the same item

Hi

The navigation buttons inside an item are always linked to the same item. It is like it is alwyas in the last item. The “Previous item” button is always inactive and the “Next item” is always linked to the last second item.

I tried the last three version 3.3.40, 3.3.41 and 3.3.42

My installation in on MySQL 8.x. I know there were some issues with MySQL 8.x so I am mentioning it.
