I received a grant to make histsex.com into a reality. I was wondering where folks have gone to find a developer or a theme maker? I don’t need too much development done to one of the basic themes, but I would like bibliography tags to display like they do on http://francolib.francoamerican.org/items

I’d be happy to, but your site blocks any usage of the word “sex” in the contact form, I’ve tried several variations now 
(I’ve reached out to all of the developers on this thread but have not heard back)
