Items don't appear when adding multimedia to a page

Hello,
I added some images as items to my multimedia gallery. Now I wanted to add them as multimedia incorporation to a page, but they don’t appear on the list on the right. We have recently updated our Omeka S version to number 3.
Earlier we couldn’t even attach a new item or edit older ones because there was an error. We found out that the problem was on a plug in that had a conflict.

Could you please help me?

Are these items “attached” to the site? You assign items to sites either in the “Sites” tab on the item’s edit page, or the “Resources” section of the site admin area (the “Resources” section lets you make changes in bulk).

Only items assigned to the site will show up in the right-hand sidebar when you go to attach them to a page.
