We are working on developing a service level agreement for faculty projects and I was wondering if anyone had recommendations on total # of items/media or storage limitations per site.
Storage I think just comes down to your storage situation and how much you have available or want to provision, or whether you’re using cloud storage, etc. Nothing really Omeka-specific there other than to note that you generally need a little more storage than the size of the original files all added up, since you need to account for storing the generated thumbnails. If you’re dealing with quite large files the thumbnail size will be inconsequential, but if it’s a large number of small files, the thumbnails could be a small but noticeable percentage.
