Issue with Omeka/Neatline on Reclaim Hosting


The materials on each of these two maps are identical but the one at does not show some information (droplets, historical maps) that is instead visible at (also at Reclaim Hosting).

Reclaim Hosting support, given that one is working and the other is not, would assume a particular issue to my application rather than anything at the server level. They think it is likely a software issue where versioning, settings, or plugin/software upgrades are the culprit.

Can you provide guidance on this front?
