Issue with Omeka/Neatline on Reclaim Hosting

Hi,

The materials on each of these two maps are identical but the one at https://serenaferrando.com/four-cities/neatline/fullscreen/milans-waterways does not show some information (droplets, historical maps) that is instead visible at http://colbysites.org/fourcities/neatline/fullscreen/milans-waterways#records/342 (also at Reclaim Hosting).

Reclaim Hosting support, given that one is working and the other is not, would assume a particular issue to my application rather than anything at the server level. They think it is likely a software issue where versioning, settings, or plugin/software upgrades are the culprit.

Can you provide guidance on this front?

Do you have backup of database before problems with Reclaim Hosting was solved?
