Hello all,
I’m trying to install the PDF Text plugin but receive the following error. There doesn’t seem to be a detailed section on system or installation prerequisites and I can’t find much through Google. Is there a particular PdfText package that is needed here? Where in the web server should it be installed?

I thought this was more documented, but I too don’t find much if any mention of it.
On modern systems pdftotext usually comes from the package “poppler-utils”, installable though your distribution’s package manager. If someone else is running the server, ask them about installing it.
