Include_once unable to allocate memory for pool

Hi,

Our users are getting this error message. Has anyone experienced this problem before?

I try the url, but no issue, so hard to say. It seems not to be related to Omeka, but to your server. It seems there is an issue on it, perhaps your temp folder or your disk is full.

Thanks Daniel for taking a look. Where would I find the temp folder inside the Omeka directory structure? I did request that IT increase the PHP memory in case it was related to memory.

By default, the temp folder is the one of your server (/tmp).
