Importing item type metadata to existing items?

Hi, very new to Omeka but trying to populate a project.

We have a number of items already added via CSVImport, and I now have another spreadsheet of additional item elements for existing records. e.g. We have Dublin Core Identifier, Title, Description etc and now wish to add further Item Type metadata to those records from another source - but using the same DC:Identifiers.

Is there any easy way of doing this? It seems that CSVImport just wants to create new records…

If I remember right, @Daniel_KM has a fork of CSVImport that might do this.

Thanks for that suggestion. I’ll pass it onto my admin and see if I can get it added.
