Could not start the server after manual backup… Am I missing something on database or a files… Please…

Did something else happen, like an error screen or other message?

This log message isn’t really an error. It’s just indicating that ImageMagick couldn’t process an .mp3 file (understandably). It doesn’t have any effect on anything.

Our page not loading after manual restore. And only see error messages that has been mentioned above…

Have you followed the “retrieving error messages” link on that error page? It has instructions for turning on error display and/or logging.

The log message you showed is unrelated to this screen, I think (plus it’s from the beginning of March). It’s possibly just an old log message from your previous install?
