Import CSV media never end

Hello,

I use Import CSV to import Media such as photos via a URL into a database external to the website. When I try to import, nothing happens. The status is “in progress”. But after several hours, nothing changes - the status is still the same and no media is added. I’ve checked several times to make sure that the image URLs work, and everything does.

Do you have any idea what the problem is and do you have a solution?

Hello,

After searching everywhere, the problem was caused by the website host. It was blocking any creation of new elements on the website. This prevented Omeka S from working properly.

Even adding simple content manually no longer worked.
