Hyperlink in Items

Hello- I’m a new user and I’m trying to figure out how to add a clickable hyperlink to the description area of an item. I’ve been told there’s a code I can type in. Any ideas?

For each input, you can check the Use HTML box, which will give you a WYSIWYG editor.

There you can use the link button, or used the source code window to do your HTML markup by hand.
