How to troubleshoot downloaded plugins not installing

Hi, how do I troubleshoot why my public html folder in Reclaim Hosting doesn’t show a subfolder with my Omeka website name? It’s possible that when I installed Omeka I didn’t enter a website phrase in the Directory box. If so, do I need to reinstall Omeka? The issue, I think, is preventing me from installing the Geolocation plugin after I download it from Omeka. Thanks.

In terms of where your website is located on your server, you’re probably best checking with Reclaim’s support. That’s going to be something more specific to your host and not really Omeka generally.
