How to load JQuery locally and not from the Google server

Hi,

we are using the Omeka Berlin theme and it makes two queries to a Google server to fetch JQuery libs:

I would like to load JQuery locally to be GDPR compliant. How do I do this?

We set this in the configuration: theme.useInternalAssets = true.
