How to Hide Collections

Hi there,
I’m a newbie to Omeka. I’m using the Philly theme in conjunction with OHMS.

I created several collections in Omeka that I’d like to hide from the public (for now). I untagged each of those collections so they are not “public”. But they still appear on the site:
https://www.msbtestlibrary.org/cms/collections/browse

Is there something I’m missing about how to hide a collection? I’d rather not delete them. I actually went in and removed the XML file that’s correlated with all the items too but the collections still appear.

Hello - as long as you’re logged in, you’ll be able to see everything whether it’s public or private. It’s a way of previewing. Try looking at the page from a different browser (where you’re not logged in)
