I have created a number of collections on my Omeka site, and made them Public. But, when I try to click on them through the landing page where I have them hyperlinked, it demands that I log in? This obviously won’t work for public consumption, because I don’t want to give a user/pass to every public user. I’m not sure what step I missed to make sure the Collection is accessible to the public.
What do the links you added look like? They should be something along the lines of “youromekasite/collections/show/15”
Try using shortcodes on the simplepage you’re using as a landing page and see if it throws the same error.
Ah yes - that was the issue – the link had “admin” in it. Thanks for your help!
