Some users when coming to our site and intending to sign up to transcribe actually send a request through Guest User. What is the best way to avoid this confusion? Should/can we get rid of Guest User or should/can we modify the form so that it tells users that they are not requesting approval to transcribe? Thank you,
The only reason you couldn’t remove Guest User is if you also have Contribution running. In the configuration for Guest User you can also describe what the user gets to do in “Registration Features”, so you could provide guidance there.
