Is there a plugin/setting/anything that can do very thorough searching?

I’d love my users to be able to enter a search term and have it search EVERYTHING, titles, tags, Scripto transcriptions, etc.

Is this possible?

Are you working from the “Simple” Search, or the “Advanced Items” Search? While limited to items, the advanced options sometimes capture more of those fields.
