Hello, using the Freedom theme and struggling with the search bar. I would like to get rid of the search bar header area that moves when you scroll on the page. I want the header to not move, and I’d like to ditch that search bar and move it instead to the menu bar (similar to how the search magnifying glass is in Lively theme). Is this possible?
Ok, I’ve managed to remove the search header. Can anyone advise on how to add a search icon to the navigation bar, similar to the one in Lively?
Hey sarahlynne! I’m not involved with either of those themes but this piqued my curiousity and thought I’d take a look.
It looks like Lively adds that search icon via one of its PHP templates, so I’m not sure if there’s a way to do that through the user interface; someone else might be able to weigh in, though.
