I’m successfully using the File Sideload module along with CSV Import to move a large number of items and media (stored in Amazon S3) to my installation. However, for files over 1GB (video) I’m getting 503 time out errors. This may not be a Sideload error as such, as I receive the same error if I use the basic ‘Upload’ option too, which makes me suspect it’s a PHP issue.
The only way I can solve it for the moment is to upload the file manually to my S3 storage and use the ‘URL’ link in the media tab, but this isn’t an ideal workflow.
Is there a PHP config change I need to make? Thanks!
(Omeka S v 3.2.3, File Sideload v 1.6.1, php v 8.0)
