Feature request: Reconciliation API

I’d like to be able offer specific terms in my collection (like streets, persons, artists, subjects, etc.) for reconciliation.

Omeka S offers a search API, but reconciliation has it’s own standard: Reconciliation Service API

With this feature, you could as an admin define the endpoint, give it a name, specify an itemset or item-query and define the properties to match on.
Then as a user in another organisation enter the reconciliation-api-endpoint URL into a tool like OpenRefine and you could reconcile values in a column to items in your Omeka S instance.
