Error installing Log module

I’m getting

This module cannot install its tables, because they exist already. Try to remove them first.

When installing Log 3.4.15 in my Omeka S 4.0.1. I don’t remember ever installing it before, and also I don’t have any ‘Log’ row in my SQL ‘modules’ table.

I do have a ‘log’ table, which is full of other logs, and which comes with Omeka, I think.

This all started because I’d like to install the Bulk Export module, which tells me that I require the module ‘Log’.

What shall I do?

Omeka S doesn’t come with a “log” table, it logs to a file. So if you have a log table with log entries, you probably did use the module (or some other one) before.

Im having a similar issue, how did you resolve this?

I don’t remember now, but I think I indeed found that table and deleted it.
