Delete content type

Dear all,

I wanted to remove the element name but I deleted content type.
How can I find restore what I deleted ?

You deleted an item type? Was it one of the ones that comes with Omeka or one you created?

Yes, I deleted, it was one I created

I found data.
I created a new item type, with the same element. And I selectionned all item and I specified the new type, when I clicked on the edit
