For whatever reason, none of the date fields other than DCTerms date import with the following settings

We’ve done many imports on many instances, and never run into an issue like this. Even if we try the same import but without setting these date fields to iso format, we still get the issue. Specifically the date fields fail. Same if we try revise to add these dates to the items after the fact. I’m stumped, as is the rest of my team…
