when i try to upload my CSV file, containing products of clothes onto a website where I can sell these products, the site reports back an error: unknown file type 3173.
The site is wannafind.dk and im using a csv file from matterhorn
any help is appreciated
You have to allow all specific types in Settings > Security. But hard to say without the logs.
Are you sure that’s the path? I cant seem to find any security settings on this particular site (wannafind.dk)
Can’t see the log in the link you provided.
The settings in the top bar are available only if your are the super admin of the site.
